I prayed for you before we met, not knowing who you'd be.
I asked the Lord to send me friends, chosen just for me.
I asked that they'd be godly, with wisdom of his ways,
friends to help and guide me in the troubles of these days.
So often in life, we need someone to listen while we talk,
Someone who will not condemn or judge , but encourage us as we walk.
The narrow road we choose to follow, may sometimes make us stumble
But friends like you are always there to catch the fall.
When i asked Lord to send me a friend, though many came and went
He gave me much more than I asked, for you were the friends I asked.
Thank you three of you to be always there with me. I actually dont have words to thank them, but they are the best people of the world. They bear the tantrums, listen to my weird nonsense talks and yet accept it with a happy face.
They are a perfect example of friendship in true sense. Always by your side but with a stern look. Thank you god for three precious gems.
